Home Cinema buying help required

I want to get a small home cinema setup into my bedroom, I have a good enough TV, VCR and Stereo. I just want a reasonable budget DVD/Home Cinema setup. I really don't know which way to go, seperates(?), all in ones(?), DVD/home cinema Combinations(?), My Room Is quite small (about 12ft X 6ft) and I have a budget of around £600, I'm not a technophile so I don't have a very good knowledge on these things.
