I would try this thread (http://thedvdforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3779) as a starting point. Although most, if not all, of the suppliers you mention are not in the thread it's probably because of cost, delivery etc. The ones mentioned are tried and tested :)

I've used LasersEdge and so has a friend of mine. On both occasions they have been very good. You do need to provide more info about the CC than usual though on a first order. They want bank telephone numbers etc. But otherwise good packaging and prompt delivery of in-stock items.
