Play - Returning A Disk.

I have had ump-teen disks from Play in the past, and never had any problems with any of them.

This week I got the Reg 2 of Hackers, and at a certain point in the film, it freezes and either stays frozen, or skips to another chapter. Tried cleaning ect with no joy.

Anyhoo, whats the script with Play if I email and tell them, will I just need to send it back for a replacement? I take it that I would have to pay for return postage? Anyone returned a disk to them before and had any hassle??

I tried E-Mailing them but in the end just sent it recorded and E-Mailed them with the recorded number and reason for return.

As long as you include full details (order number , address etc) with the DVD you should have no problem.

They refunded the postage.

Before you send it make sure you have tried it on another player just in case it's your player!!!

Give them a bell before sending you should have better luck getting through (after christmas).

They were fine with me - They had refunded me before I had sent the disk back :)

i had a problem with ri shrek they sent a new one out and refunded postage no problem
