Just bought 5 Bond films from EzyDVD. All were unsealed (worrying) and the barcode box on the back is a black square (very worrying).

Has anyone else had blank barcode boxes ?

Wonder if they came from a boxset? Might explain the lack of barcodes. I'd email EzyDVD and ask if they would care to explain the truth?

must admit, I finished off my Bond collection thru Ezy's sale - and received a few which had a kinda black panel instead of the bar code. It made it very difficult to add them to my Profiler list! Still, I'm not that bothered and I'm sure they may well have come out of boxsets - oh well, they were cheeeep after all!!

EzyDVD have indeed been splitting box sets to sell them cheap (less per DVD than the box sets themselves cost). Some people have been concerned about the practice but given the marginal cost of the shrink wrap and the bar code is about $10 per disc and the thrill of pulling the shrink wrap off is ephemeral, I went ahead and completed my Bond collection for an average of $21 per disc (already had six).
