what do ezydvd do about missing discs??

Forgot I made an order in early december and upon checking it today it says it has been despatched three weeks ago, which I presume is now lost.

:(

Anyway, has this happened to anyone using ezydvd and what do they do about it??

I've got an order missing which was posted on dec24th. prob about same time as your's. I contacted them last week and they asked me to wait a bit longer, however it states in their terms to allow about six weeks. I have never waited longer than 4 days for an order from them before and I am now assuming that once again some theiving sod from our great RM has them. I have been buying off the net for a long time and have never had so many things go missing as over the last three months.:mad:

I'm still waiting for a disc posted on the 3rd Dec.:(

E-mailed them last week, & they also asked me to wait a little longer, assured me it would turn up in time.:rolleyes:
