Dave.
Prices falling far faster than DVD ever did.
That's a very good price. If Toshiba can get prices down to below 200 quid then I might jump into the HD league.

Dave.
Or you can buy a Panasonic Blu-Ray player for a bargain £1099.99. With the current prices, it seems obvious who is going to win the HD-DVD/Blu-Ray war.

I'll dip my toes in at £150. With DVD I waited until they were £250 with three free DVD's.

Doesn't sound that great at the moment - http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/home-entertainment/first-review-lg-bh100-hybrid-blurayhddvd-player-verdict-format-war-still-blazing-231149.php
missing a bit of functionality on HD-DVD menu system by the looks of things.
Will give it a while longer I think before jumping into HD disk market personally. It would mean a new telly on top of a new disk player for me at the moment if its for the living room (have a HD 32" in my office though for 360 use).
