No - its quite a cheap one - from :mad: TINY :mad: DD only only cost me £125 but got really good reviews. Its a digitheatre (videologic) I think.

I know it sounds unlikely, but the 2 disk edition of Se7en has one of the best, subtle surround sound mixes I've ever heard.

Trust me, it's wicked - especially when the helicopter flies through your HEAD just as the credits roll :D

Apart from that, it's just the usuals - Saving Private Ryan, The Matrix... Oh, and Independance Day has some mega bass when the mothership gets trashed.... :D

i've gotta recommend saving private ryan. it's been mentioned before and with good reason.

it's the disc i use to give the surround a blast. closest i'd ever want to get to war (those battle scenes).

I don't have Saving Private Ryan on DVD. Stupid damn VHS :mad: Looks like i may have to pay a trip to woolies in the morning :)

My personal surround sound faves are:

Beach Landing in Saving Private Ryan
Opening Battle in Gladiator
Pod Race in Star Wars: Ep 1
Crashing of Mark Wahlberg's ship in POTA

If these four scenes don't impress you then Home Cinema ain't for you!! :D
