Balls! (squash)

Can someone clarify for me the different types of squash balls (two yellow dots, 1 yellow dot etc)? I've recently started playing again and am using the two yellow spot balls (thats all they had at the sports shop at the time), but i'm sure last time i played i did so with a red spot ball.

I think the balls i'm using are more for pro's, but i just want ones for occasional recreational players - what do i need?

Double Yellow - Extra Super slow (very low bounce) - competition
Yellow - Super slow (low bounce)
Green or White - slow (average bounce)
Red - Medium (high bounce)
Blue - Fast (very high bounce) - beginners
