I have a 5.1 system from Mordaunt Short (308 sub) and it is excellent for the money, cant comment on this specific model but as a company they seem to make great sounding equipment

Agreed, I have a Mordaunt Short 5.1 system too and it's great with movies and music. :)

Try asking on the avforums- they even have a dedicated subwoofer forum!

i got lucky and richer sounds sold me the 308 sub separately, i think i payed £160 5yrs ago. excellent sub for the money, brill response etc.
