...because I think (correct me if I'm wrong) that the R2 is full-frame only.

According to Michael D's R4 DVD Info Page Silent Running (http://www.michaeldvd.com.au/Discs/Disc.asp?ID=3553) is;

Widescreen 1.85:1, NOT 16x9 Enhanced

English Dolby Digital 2.0 mono (192Kb/s), German Dolby Digital 2.0 mono (192Kb/s)

R2 is 1:1.85 non-anamorphic, just watched it the other day.

Both widescreen. Great! (non-anamorphic but you can't have everything...)

But why can't publishers get their packaging details right? I was on my way to the check-out with this disc when I noticed it said 'full-frame' on the back. Do these people want to sell discs or not? :rolleyes:
