I'm looking at finally replacing my old stereo amp with an AV/receiver amp and am looking for a few suggestions.
Firstly, I don't have much money to set aside for it, around the £200 mark would be good, but I can go up from there a little if necessary.
Secondly, it will be used more for music than dvd (say a 60/40 lean toward the music) so I need something that will cover both music and dvd well.
I've currently looking at the Marantz SR4200 or Yamaha RXV420. How do these compare and is there any others that people would recommend?
Also, regarding speakers, in a small room at regular volumes (got neighbours in close vicinity  ) how much difference would I notice between getting decent speakers as compared to the speaker packages with satellites? I already have a pair of Mission 760i's so would these be worth incorpating into a speaker system as rears maybe?
Thanks for any help/advice!
