Will this be released in US with the French track / English subtitles?

I'm just wondering as I want to get it on DVD and French version doesn't have English subtitles.

Does anybody know if the UK DVD release will have French track?

Hard to say but I know there is an edited version of this movie around (the full length version is something like 2 hours 20 mins) and it's very likely the yanks will get this edited version, so be careful!

Well the English cinema release was subtitled so i can't see why the DVD wouldn't have the french track.

I heard worrying rumours that Pathe may release the edited version on R2 DVD - they better bloody not!

If Pathe are going to release it, I hope they won't do what they did to Crying Freeman. I want it in Full Widescreen and in French with English subtitles.

Seems there's two versions of this film out, 'Javier' explains: "The French DVD version of "Brotherhood of the Wolf" has two extra scenes incorporated into the picture that wasn't shown in the international version: Before the second voyage of Samuel leBihan and Mark Dacascos to Gévaudan, there is two new scenes - one in the church between Monica Belluci and Emilie Dequenne and another in a port". These will likely turn up as deleted scenes on upcoming DVD releases of the film. Thanks to 'Javier'

I'm positive that both of these scenes were in the print that I saw so now I'm confused.

Longest print possible please.....French with English subs....and Pathe release it next week while your at it as I can't wait.
