Just before Christmas (the 11th Dec to be exact). I applied online to joing The Softback Preview at www.etsp.co.uk (http://www.etsp.co.uk) .

Despite claiming that they will deliver in 28 days, I have still not had my books (despite receiving a confirmation email). I have sent them 2 emails and had no reply.

Has anyone had any experience of this company, or can someone give me a phone number ?

I'm having similar trouble with their sister company, Just Good Books.

Both companies (and many more) are part of BCA. Their contact page is here (http://www.bca.co.uk/contact.html).

I have been a member of tsp (or etsp) since June and haven't had a problem.

The problem is during December they seem to get more registrations than they can handle. I joined a 'sister' company computerbooksdirect in Dec and still have not received my 5 intro books yet!!

Be patient, they will come and it will be worth it.

I used to be a member of TSP but gave up on them when they lost my cheque for payment and then got really heavy about non payment. If I hadn't had a helpful bank I would have had to pay for a copy of my original cheque just to prove to TSP it was their mistake.

Generally not very impressed. Books not especially cheap when you factor in P&P. Go shoping at BOL or Amazon for equally good deals and better service

I joined through their introductory offer at end of November and I'm still waiting. Got through to their customer services mid-December and was told there was no record of my joining despite me having received a confirmation email with my details.

Still waiting now but kind of given up on the whole thing.

I joined www.etsp.co.uk at the end of November with the ipoints deal. I got my books about 10 days later, and the ipoints in early January.

The books are all paperbacks, even if the version you would get at Amazon is a hardback. This was clear when I joined them.

I'm a happy customer ... so far.

any updates on what they're like I've only recently noticed this 3 for £3 offer but not sure how "safe" it is and whether they'll try and sneak books on me. I really wanna get " The Simpsons & Philosophy: The D'Oh! of Homer "

I got my books a couple of months back. They did take their time but got there in the end.

Hope that helps.:)

I've used them for over a year now and have had no hassles except for when I forgot to say 'No' to the recommended title one month. I called them up and they said to return it. Nice.
