Hi all,
A few weeks ago, the other half changed her email address (making sure she updated her accounts at eBay and PayPal in the process).
A few days later she listed two items on eBay - both to be paid via PayPal. The two listings have ended and both items were sold, but in both cases the item listing now says "This item is pending payment through PayPal. Payment was sent to: <old email address>". Her Paypal account only has her new email address listed.
My questions are:
1) Having changed her email addy in the eBay account details, why did the item listing setup payment to the old address ?
2) How does she go about getting the money from Paypal ?
