Can't list an auction on eBay.

Trying to list an auction for the first time in a few months and I am having problems, been a member for years and never had a problem listing before.

Even though I have a verified and linked paypal account I am getting this error:

I am having exactly the same problem - did you manage to sort this out?

Looks like you are trying to sell on a site other than the .CO.UK, or you are trying to sell on the uk site but have an account registered abroad?

Or, their servers think one of the above regardless of what is actually the case!

It's on the .co.uk site, always used to work and has only been causing problems when I've come round now to list something. eBay seem to recognise it as a problem to do with paypal forwarding account verified/linked details and was told it would be fixed within 36 hours once they notified paypal that my account needed updating with them, but 4 days later and I still can't list... Have just ended up asking my brother to list it for me.
