isn't it just the German SE release of the 5th Element? probably rare in the UK but not OOP kinda rare :nuts:

This is pretty much the standard edition in Germany now - most stores seem to be knocking out whatever inventory they have left of the old single disk version cheap and just re-stocking this SE.
