Looks like a nice place! I might point out a couple of things you could look at compositionally - the ski poles in the right of shot 2 distract from the lovely view, as does the balcony across the bottom of the third one. Concentrate on what's actually in the viewfinder/screen when you take a shot - it's surprising how easy it is to see a nice view and just press the shutter without looking at what you're taking a picture of!

You've got a nicely balanced exposure though, which can be hard to achieve in snow scenes...keep it up!

La Rosiere looks like a pleasant place - I'm off there Snowboarding in March :D
