hi guys

i won and payed for an item on ebay yesterday via paypal, value was £120.

i emailed the seller a couple of times, asking questions regarding the item and he replied promptly.

Now today i get en email from ebay:

A member with whom you've recently transacted has been indefinitely suspended from eBay within 90 days of registration. We have removed any feedback they left for you or others.
eBay removes feedback when a member is indefinitely suspended for certain policy breaches within 90 days of registration. eBay believes that members indefinitely suspended soon after registration shouldn't be able to permanently affect another member's account.
To see your current feedback score, go to your Member Profile.
Thank you,
eBay

so ive emailed him now to see what the hell is going on, if i dont hear anything from him, what should i do? can i get my money back from ebay?

please advice i am getting bit worried now.

thanks!

My guess is that he is a scammer/con artist. I would contact eBay and PayPal ASAP to get your money back.

Sometimes you can become suspended for not paying sellers fees, shill bidding etc and may be reinstated, I would raise a claim with paypal.
