Have they remembered their a rock n roll band again or are they still peddling the Bon Jovi style country and western?

This is a candidate for most absurd post of the month :nono:

I didn't get on with the last album at all and it did sound like they were going to break into wanted dead or alive at any second.

completely disagree. i thought that both of their first two albums were as dull as dishwater, while i really enjoyed the third
different strokes for different folks i suppose

I'm with Mr Majestik , loved the raw 1st album , hated (for numerous reasons) the second one. havnt heard the 3rd but sounds like I'd hate it again.
Hope this one is more early days/hardcore.
Saw them live touring the 1st album, boy were they noisy :D

Well I liked all 3. Nothing wrong with changing style between albums.
And for the record I detest Bon Jobbie!

Well had a good few listens and...
I think they've re-released the 2nd album by mistake. It starts off well, some decent Mary chain rock style tunes and then it just goes on, and on and on untill i lose the will to live.
Can we pass a law where rock albums can't go on longer than 45 mins please like they used to in the good old days?
Thankfully no Bon Jovi'sms on the album though. Just needs a damn good edit.

I've always believed that albums shouldn't have more than 10 songs.
But I guess that's for another thread.

10 songs or 40 minutes max.
Saw them last night at the Manchester Ritz and they were on top form, absolutely stunning set with the new stuff sounding particularly fantastic. Great stuff...

What's all this about their 3rd album sounding like Bon Jovi?!
Do some people actually think that Jon Bon Jovi is so talented that he singlehandedly created country, blues and gospel?!?
