I really would like to kick someone at Manga UK in the ...

This they call a special edition?

Let's hope this is not what they will release becaus if so it's not better than the R4 release. Although that DVD had both movie and documentary on one DVD I hear the transfers used are usually traded between UK and Australia meaning the image won't be better just because it's on one DVD separately.

I won't buy any of these editions without a review and more explanations about those easter eggs. Easter egga are supposed to be things thrown in for fun. They are not really meant to be mentioned in pressreleases. Stupid Manga.

LOL - I think I said this would happen when DVDDebate first broke the news on Manga new SE where they made a whole load of claims that now appear to be complete crap.

You only have to look at their Specsheets (for other titles) where they list Menus, Chapters, Catalogue Info, Manga Previews, Manga Merchandise etc as Extra Features because they simply want to make it look more appetising to the consumer. This is how DVD was back in 98/99 when it first launched, sadly for Manga it is not a thing of the past :(

Still, the whole SE Packaging concept sounds like it could be great, but hardly worth the asking price which IIRC was set at £29.99.

Like EricF has said - this looks like the R4 version just spread over two discs.

Final words - Prove me wrong Manga - please, prove me wrong.
