Is the Tartan R2 release any good?
Is it anamorphic and whats the pic/audio quality like?
are the English subs optional?
Any comments on the quality of the extras?
From the IMdb specs I'm guessing the R1 version isn't worth bothering with?? (1.33:1 etc)

1) Yes - it's pretty good!
2) Not sure if its 'morph, but the picture quality is better than Ring and Audition, and the Audio is none too shabby.
3) The subs ARE optional from what I remember - and they're pretty good.
4) The extras are all pretty good too! The picture quality of the Making Of takes a dip, though. The notes are interesting but brief - and too much time is spent telling you what you just saw.

It's well worth buying, and the film is a very interesting example of the horror thriller.
