eBay.co.uk or eBay.com

I've just put an item up on eBay and decided to put it on via eBay.co.uk because when I did a run though on eBay.com the postage seemed to be set up as if I was sending from the US. But on eBay.co.uk you had options like 'Parce Force...'.

But now the auction is up I can only find it if I search on eBay.co.uk and not on eBay.com!

Is this right? When you search on eBay.co.uk you get to see the UK stuff and international. Does this not happen on eBay.com?

Should I checked a box or something when posting the auction? If yes, can I got back and do this?

Isn't .com for American based people?

If you are searching on ebay.com (US based) then you would have to widen the search parameters to include international sales and not just US based ones.
