Anybody got this tv have a friend who is thinking of getting one, Whats the picture like? Also has it got component input. Anybody seen any decent reviews for it?

I had one for about 3 weeks before it went back due to poor geometry!

It had a very sharp picture, but the analogue tuner was very weak so it's only worth having if you have Sky or cable.

Sound was OK, but I use a full DD/DTS setup so wasn't bothered anyway.

The stand was *****, made of cheapo MDF and not in keeping with the TV itself.

And finally, yes it does have component inputs.

I now have a JVC 32WFT1 and it is better than the Tosh in every way.

What is the JVC 32WFT1 like, how many scarts has it got and has it got component input?

No other TV's AFAIK have component inputs apart from Toshiba's.

Whats your friends budget btw?
