I had the new tv drive system installed yesterday around 2pm. I had the engineer move my old box into our bedroom to enjoy the delights of cable on those lazy weekend mornings.
Anyway, the old box in the bedroom works as sweet as a nut but the new box appears to have some gremlins. I can't access anything other than 1-5 and a select few BBC channels.
I've been on the phone to ntl - somewhere in India I hasten to add - and they talked me through rebooting the box, sending channels etc etc but still to no avail.
Was told to leave it for another few hours to see if anything happens but I'm impatient.
Has anyone else had similar experience and if so how did you solve it?
