Standard Albert Hall gig prices in previous years, i.e. £20-£40 depending on where you sit.

It does irritate when promoters do this... if you buy tickets "just in case" it usually turns out to be a huge disappointment and not someone you want to see, and if you waver, and don't get them, more often than not it is someone you want to see!

Having said that, it is an excellent cause so that if it turns out to be a duffer, at least the charity has got the spondoolics....

Update: looks like tickets for the mystery night aren't on sale yet... are they gonna wait for the 12th when they announce who it is? We shall see...

Managed to get 2 tickets for The Who - restricted view though :( looks like a side view of stage according to seating plan - but at least I'll be there would have got better tickets if it hadn't been for company firewall grrrrr)

So, the "mysterious" Friday band are the Kaiser Chiefs. Tickets on sale tomorrow for anyone this interests ... not me.
