View Full Version : How do I contact ebay.co.uk?
I paid for an item and never received. The seller, who has ignored all my emails, has good feedback. The 'contact us' section proved useless. Dozens of drop down options - none of which applied to my situation. I eventually found how to lodge a complaint - but guess what? - nothing. Is there a tel no. or email address I can contact them on?

Don't know about that, but initially it's not their problem until you make a claim via the eBay insurance.
When you go to 'My eBay' it shows you a list of items you've won. The drop-down box there has a 'Report item not received' option. Click on that and follow the procedure through.
If you paid with Paypal, it will direct you to open up a Paypal dispute to get your money back. I'm going through one of these at the moment for a DS Lite seller who's done a runner.
Ben.
Here are ebay's phone numbers and direct email address...
0208 605 3000
and
0208 605 3001
Normally if you phone you explain your problem to the receptionist who then tells you to email the problem to:
ukreception@ebay.com
out of interest (i have a similar problem), where would you stand if you paid by bank transfer?
Would i involve the bank? The Police?
Suppose its best i have a search actually :) - have already had the sellers email and phone number emailed to me, although phone number looks weird (starts 07006) - will try to ring it tomorrow (after repeated ignorance of the emails i've sent)
