Just sold a rather expensive item on ebay and was wondering how do I go about confirming if someone lives at an address or not? Is there a way to access the voters role online?

http://www.b4usearch.com/This site has been out of commission for the last 6 weeks or so. When you try to view details of a search it displays "We are currently updating the Electoral Roll to the 2006/2007 version."

As their site has links to sites where you have to pay, I think they may have sold out.
