Couldn't see a thread for this episode.

I'm absoloutely loving this so far! Can't wait for the rest of the series! Damn them (or Dammit!) as Jack would say, for hooking me like this!

I loved the bit in this episode where Jack stole that Jeep Cherokee:

<Jack pulls bloke to the ground from behind and steals car>
Jacks says: Stay down!
<Jack drives off>

That bit really made me laugh for some reason!

"Don't get up" I think it was. Also loved the 'machine gun fire at cases marked 'C4'' scene.

I do think they could have given the innocent suburban family a hot daughter, or at least a nicer-looking mom. Apart from the delicious Nadia at CTU we aren't getting a lot of eye-candy so far.

Chloe is great, but eye-candy? In competition with Nadia, who she shares most scenes with so far? We need someone for the outside-CTU scenes, I think.

Who is the guy playing the Palmer woman's boyfriend? I've seen him in lots of things but just can't place him! And as for a cavity search..oo-er! :gag:

Edit:- Just found him, Harry Lennix who was in Commander-in-Chief and House.

Bit of a filler episode, but action packed none the less.

Eyes up for the bingo this episode - a disappointing two squares this time round, I was going to give a square for Buchanan saying that Jack had "gone dark" but there's plenty of time for him to go "off the grid" yet, so I'll leave it:

No kill for Jack this episode, a rare event indeed - China must have turned him soft. Special points for Fake Road Rage though.

At this rate I'd say episode 6!

Again a strong episode, but a little too predictable for my liking. Hopefully some less predictable twists again soon

President Palmer took the 'Damnit' award this episode, with a fully formed, and heightened angsty 'damnit' with a hint of desperation - it is the highlight 'damnit' of the season thus far. :notworthy

Tell you what - if I were a nurse forced at gunpoint to fix my captor's mortally wounded leg, I'd do a pretty poor job of it.
I'm putting money on the father leaving the gun behind at the warehouse as well.

Haven't we done the nuke thing before?

Only in season 2...and 4...and at the end of season 5 in trying to blow up the nuclear sub.

Funnily enough, both times nukes were involved, it's been islamic fundamentalists behind it.

Trouble is, I sit there and pick massive holes in the plots. The 24 writers have gotten so lazy to make their jobs easier.
