What the hell is this song?

In the Christmas sales I heard this song and the video playing but couldn't catch the name of artist or song.

The video shows a guy in the centre singing to camera with his jumper changing every couple of seconds during the song.

The lyrics from the chorus sounded like, ' I can't be this strong, going on and on and on"....."and when the hope is gone"

Tried googling the lyrics i thought I heard but i guess i didn't hear it too well. Its been in my head so curious to know if anyone can figure it out.
