Mine would be (alphabetical order):
Assassin's Creed [360]: Sold by the superb live demo (http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?type=wmv&id=13511).
Blue Dragon [360]: Looks like the 360 gets its cool JRPG by FF creator at last. Review of the Japanese version (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=151265)
Guitar Hero II [360]: Can't wait to play it on my 360 and see how good the downloadable content is. Unfortunately, MS is currently not licensing any 3rd party to produce wireless controllers. Hope that changes... Website (http://www.guitarherogame.com/)
Lord of the Rings Online [PC]: I always wanted to vist Middle Earth online. :) Website (http://lotro.turbine.com/)
Spore [PC]: Just because it looks so intriguing. Website (http://www.spore.com/)
Trauma Centre: Second Opinion [Wii]: Reset bones by rotating your Wii remote. Review (http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=71195)
Possibly:
Bioshock [360?]: The trailer was brutal and quite intriguing. The design of the underwater city is superb. But shooters are not my forte... Website (http://www.2kgames.com/bioshock/enter.html)
Interestingly, this is the first year where I end up eagerly awaiting more games on my 2 consoles than on the PC. A shift is occuring there, with hi def 360 gaming and the Wii exclusive games provide a good alternative to sitting at my desk....

GTA4
Mario Galaxy
Assassin's Creed
Sinking Island (Benoit Sokal's next adventure game)
On top of them I'm praying 2007 is the year the first person shooter dies.
Hmm here's my musings.
Xbox 360
Guitar Hero - really looking forward to this, but slightly wary of the downloadable content part of the package not being all that good. The potential is there for this to be the ultimate GH package, but I can't be sure that the marketplace strategy will be all that good, as it hasn't been with other games really.
Ghost Recon 2 - more of the same will suit me down to the ground.
GTA4 - They've been working on this a long time and hopefully they'll raise the bar on this genre.
GTR - hopefully this will be a competant simulation racing game on the Xbox, and if they have a decent controller mapping (so that I simulation game is still playable with the joypad) then it'll be a winner. F355 on the Dreamcast played well with the controller, so it's possible.
Xbox Live Arcade - really looking forward to a nice version of Sonic, and hopefully Doom 2 (with netplay that works please). Bomberman would also be a cash cow, but that demands excellent netcode as it would be unplayable with poor latency.
In fact, I don't see how we seem to have worse latency now in 2006/7 than we did in 1996 with Doom over 28.8/33.6 modems? Sure we have lots of bandwidth, but Doom and SF2 on Xbox Live arcade have given terrible netplay performance.
Wii
Surprisingly little really. I love Nintendo consoles, and I love Nintendo games, but I'm still not sure about the control method. Quite prepared to be put straight in that regard. For this reason I'm not even that excited about Mario Galaxy.
The only Wii game I can really look forward to is the as of yet unmentioned Samba De Amigo, which might not even be coming (there's nothing to suggest it).
Aside from that, some Virtual Console games would be good, but I would really hope Nintendo would find a way to give us the 60Hz versions somehow.

Metroid Prime Corruption over & above everything else for me, but Lost Planet looks aces too :)
Primarily Forza Motorsport 2 and PGR4 on the 360. PGR 3 needs some stiff competition.
Anybody still playing PGR3 please feel free to add me to their friends list (gamertag = binning27)
Also hoping Fusion Frenzy turns out to be a good game.
Definately looking forward to Worms HD on the market place. Online worms sounds brill!! I hope they don't do what they did with Lumines though and split in to smaller chunks to make you pay through the nose for the game.
Pro Evolution Soccer 7 (360 and PC)
Mass Effect (360)
Stranglehold (360)
C&C Tiberium Wars (PC)
Halo 3 (360)
GTA 4 (360)
Burnout 5 (360)

Haven't really looked ahead that much...
Actively waiting impatiently for Forza 2 though.
I still haven't opened Gears of War yet though, so I have some catching up to do!
Looking forward to Forza 2, moreso though I'm looking forward to see how it competes with GTR on 360. Can see myself sticking with the latter unless they include some proper limitations for online with Forza as I don't have the time to be messing with Forza level customisations, upgrades and setups.
