No details at all on the page about ratio, soundtrack etc but being as the only other version I know of is a hideously pricey Japanese version I’m willing to take a chance on this for £9-10. Hopefully the "Collector’s Edition" label will ensure it is anamorphic and with an English Soundtrack.

If you have a look at the picture, you can just about see it says 1:85:1/16:9,so it's anam. widescreen.
I have the Denmark Driver:
Picture: 1.85:1 (Anamorphic)
Sound: Dolby Digital 2.0 Mono / English
Subtitles (not forced): Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
Special Features: Biographies

So did the Scream/Scream 2 boxset they sell, but it was a packaging error and turned out to be letterbox. MGM make the same mistake at times too. However, as satsi said, this one is correctly marked. :)

According to the IMDB "Driver" was shot in 2.35:1 Panavision, so you're losing picture at the sides with this transfer :(
I'd rather wait until Fox get around to releasing an R1 version...

...erm... I'm pretty certain that in this instance the IMDb is wrong(*)... the movie was filmed 'flat', using "Panavision cameras and lenses", and would have been shown on American screens with AR 1.85:1...
(*) ...neither Maltin nor Halliwell's mention 'Panavision', another indication that this was not a 2.35:1 movie... also, I recently saw this movie on local TV, where it was shown with AR 1.85:1 as well...
...of course, I may be wrong... but I seriously doubt it!...
. . . :D . . .
Also available in Germany, with English soundtrack. Its FSK 18 tho so not sold by mail. Think its 1:79 aspect.
