I'm having n fun at all trying to hook my various components toether so they will work how I intended.
Got a Pioneer DV545, Grunding Digibox and Samsuns SV-640B all of which have scarts each and a Sony TV with 1 scart.
I tried to hook these through each other and found that I couldnt record of dvd (I have macro disabled) so was recommended I use a scart box.
So off I went and bought one. Now I have the DVD, Digibox and Video connected to the scart box which connects to the tv. Works perfectly when switching between machine to view things but I cannot tape off sky or dvd!
I think its because the Video cannot store a channel for the DVD/Sky as these take over all channels when they are powered on last.
Really driving me mad, anyone know what I should be doing here?? Please!!!
