Prices are awfully similar for this,
17litres of Stella on 3 x 20 x 284ml for £20 from Sainsburies
or
17.6litres of Stella 2 x 20 x 440ml for £20 from Morrisons

Bottles are normally more expensive. You're comparing the cost to cans.

Looks like comparing the cost of the liquid unless people feel that the liquid is different and they prefer to have to get rid of 60 bottles as against 40 cans. Cans can be put into most council re-cycle bins where as bottles can not. I will pick up the can deal.

40 cans are less effort to open, but smaller bottles mean it doesnt get time to get warm .... mmmm decisions :)

i prefer bottled over canned for any beer - tend to get a 'metallic' taste when drinking canned beer (at least straight from the can, can't say i remember pouring a beer into a glass!)

oh, and drinking from bottles is "cooler" :)
