Help with Infra Red Remote problem

I am looking for a IR Wired Remote Extender that will work with my video, dvd and skydigibox and am having difficulty finding one.

I just want to be able to operate all of the kit with the cabinet doors closed.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists?
