Sainsburys 25% off 6 or more bottles of wine

went into sainsburys today and saw this offer, seems good as some of the wines are on offer anyway

includes champagne and sparkling wines so stock up for christmas

ends dec 2nd so be quick

YEP, its on every bottle of wine and champagne, even on ones which are half price or have price cuts on them, Its been popular all this week in my store with plenty of people stocking up.
Also When you Buy any 6 Bottles,and get the 25% off, for each additional bottle of wine you buy in the same transaction, you will get another 25% off each bottle of wine ;)

The Tesco offer is different, they're doing [at least] 25% off all wines/champagne etc

By the sounds of it, Sainsbury give you an EXTRA 25% off if you buy 6 or more making this a better offer if the wine is already reduced (e.g. half-price).

Tesco offer may be better if you want less than 6 bottles which isn't reduced (on an offer) at Sainsbury.

So is the Tescos offer on 6 bottles or more - or is it [at least] 25% off on each individual bottle?
If it's on the individual bottle, does the 5% off if you buy 6 or more still apply?

Good job I didn't read this thread before trundling to Sainsburys just now.. I'd have purchased far more than 6 bottles!

I got 25% off in Tesco today on top of their 1/2 price etc offers but looking at my receipt I got a surprise - the 1 ltr bottle of Harveys Bristol Cream I bought for the Mrs also had 25% off (was £8.15 selling for £4.99 in effect paid £3.75) - i suppose sherry is sort of wine

Went to my local Tesco today and got three bottles of Moet & C champers and 3 bottles of wine. Got 25% off.

But .... they overcharged me on the champers and as their policy is to refund on any overcharge, I ended up getting the champers for nowt, and nothing was said about the discount that virtually covered the cost of the wine too!

Top bargain!
