I have searched almost everywhere, does anyone know if this is out on DVD anywhere?

Directors Lars Von Trier and Morten Arnfred

It's Dutch and I don't know of many Dutch dvd sites unfortunately.

...no it ain't, it's Danish and it's available only on Japanese (I think...) DVD...

...fwiw here is a Danish e-tailer site where you can order the 3-disc, NTSC-encoded (not PAL!) set...

The cheapest is DVDOO at about £33 so far.

I can't believe how much trouble I've had finding this.

That is a great price. The only version available is this which is Taiwanese import and is AFAIK Out of print. I've been meaning to get this for ages and the cheapest I've found it before now is about US$75 delivered.

One word of warning. The end titles with Von Trier do not have subtitles so unless your danish is very strong you won't be able to understand what he is saying.
