alba 103xi hack needed

my nephew has just got one of these and wants to borrow my reg 1's.Anyone know the hack (if it is possible??).many thanks

Well it seems that the old 103 was multi-region out of the box and the new Xi version is not.Have you tried to play a region 1 disc in it yet? Have a look over at www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk
