Just to bump this and say that it can be got for £19.99 in-store - although whether that is standard policy or not, I don't know...

I asked the chap at the local Game store and he said that it was indeed on offer in a new promotion - £27.99 instead of the usual £32.99. I asked him whether he was prepared to price-match the price of £19.99 on their own website and surprisingly - he did!

He muttered something about his manager not being there at that time, but he didn't check anything. He just scanned it through and I walked out with a nice, new, sealed copy for £19.99!

Yeah, just picked up the last one at the Fort in manchester, bargain at under £20.

It was £19.99 2 months ago for it's pre-order price (bargain thread HERE (http://www.thedvdforums.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=444912&page=1&pp=20))

Does that mean it's not selling how they expected?

You can download the collector's edition from gameplay for £20 as well.

Yup i agree ;)

Game is good once you get some unlocks, i've had two promotoins and unlocks so far.
Only thing crap about the game is me! :razz:

Not best pleased - the player name I use online and in BF2 is being flagged as containing 'disallowed characters' :razz: .

I fired off a nasty letter to EA yesterday asking why I can no longer be called 'FonziesCock'..... :?:

Bizarrely, 'FonziesDick' didn't work either, but it's accepted 'FonziesWang'?! :shrug:
