Just picked up an Evesham Nav-Cam 6200 Sat Nav/Speed Camera Alert device from Asda for bargain price of £99.00 It is 3.5" touch screen MP3&Photo capable as well, very good sensitivity (i can get a signal indoors!!)
pre-loaded with maps of UK Li-ion rechargeble and also includes 6 months free speed camera downoads. I can say it has the fastest lock on, I have ever seen, from power up to 3 satellites in 30 seconds and that was not even mounted on the windscreen!!
