I got it the other day. It's OK - the picture transfer is pretty good, but the subs keep getting lost in the background. I also wonder if it's in the correct ratio as a couple of scenes seem badly framed - A set of red lights are half cut off, and a "Dream" of food chops most of the food off.

The plot, I have to say, is very slight, but the film moves at breakneck speed. I have heard that the director says this film is about movement and that the story is not important - Certainly on that score, it's visually very impressive.

A point - Some folk may well find the frequent scenes of police brutality (From the heroes of the film) leaving a bad taste in the mouth, but really, this is a hard boiled type police thriller. I quite liked the "Bad cop / Totally deranged cop" routine.
