has anyone listened to this?

I loved "Have you fed the Fish" but disliked his last album.

Yeah me... Listened to it a lot lately.

Personally think it's a fantastic return to form after his last two albums didn't capture my imagination (didn't get into Have You Fed the Fish and can't even remember the title of the last one! Oh, One Plus One is One or something?)

Definitely his best work since About a Boy. Not as good as Bewilderbeest though.

I thought Bewilderbeast was hit and miss, the singles he released where much better than the rest of that album IMO. It was much better than "One Plus One", I don't think I liked one track on that.

just ordered the Limited Edition, I hope it's good.

I think Bewilderbeest is one of the best albums of recent times, but that's just my personal opinion. The whole thing flows (I hate to think of it in terms of singles) and there's barely a duff moment on it...

Think you'll like the new one...

Why does he look like a tramp?

Why does he look like a tramp?

Because he models himself on you?

It didn't hit me this new one as much, a little too pedestrian in places. Whilst certainly better than the last two albums, he's still missing some kind of musical boost, a collaborator or two to help out.

Have only heard a few of the songs played live (at the Cohesion Festival) and none of them grabbed me as much as some of the stuff on first couple of albums.
