Canon Cashback Help

I've just purchased a EF 17-40mm f/4LUSM from OneStop which (I think) should be eligible for cashback. However, I'm unsure how to fill out the Canon cashback form, for example what "city" did I purchase the lens in? If I put Hong Kong, won't I invalidate any cashback offer?

In addition, I don't have a till receipt. Will an e-mail invoice and credit card statement suffice?

You don't need a till receipt, especially as there is no obligation for a seller to provide one. Print out of invoice should suffice.

I've claimed from both Onestop and Kerso, I just printed the Paypal receipts.
