DVD region hacks web-site?

Can anyone direct me to a web-site containing a list of current DVD players that can be made region-free via remote control codes?

A friend of mine is looking to replace his faltering Samsung 807, so if anyone can also recommend a good reasonably-priced, remote-hackable machine capable of handling VCDs and MP3s, I'm sure he'd appreciate it.
