Name this 80s arcade game....

Trying to remember a game I used to play years back - this is what I remember of it:

Side scroller
2 punk brothers
Fought guys throwing flying saucers
One end of level guy had a big whip :n0rty:
You picked up cars, poles etc and threw them at bad guys
At the end of every level they hit a coke machine - drank a can and burped

Mmmmmm could be a lot of games I guess - I thought it was bad dudes as that rings a bell but it's n ot - it was more cartoony than that

Any ideas?

Sounds like Two Crude Dudes to me. Was Mega Drive/Genesis only, though.
