Can't sign in to Live through Pro Evo on the 360! :( [Archive]

A minute ago I couldn't log on to Live through Pro Evo. I would get to the log in screen and select my profile but it would just seem like it was connecting for a while and then tell me it couldn't sign in. I ran and passed all the connection tests in the 360 menu so just turned the machine off and tried it 5 minutes later.

Now however, when I go to the xbox live page in the game my profile doesn't even show up!!

Anyone had this before?

I had this problem last night as well. Went to the dashboard on the Xbox 360 and tested everything then went back to play Pro Evo and it all worked fine.

Was talking to Spenny last night and he had a similar problem for a few minutes. Live must have had a long week. :)

Live seems a bit funny full stop, at the moment I can see people online but its displaying their gamerscores as 0 and not showing their achievements.

There was a massive issue going on last night, I could connect to Live via the dashboard but whenever I loaded a game it dissconnected.

I had been happily sitting in a PGR3 lobby with some friends when it dumped me out. Apparently, most of my friends the suffered the same problem.

I tried pretty much all my games, rebooting, router reboot - everything but it still didn't work.

It may be because Live is free for a week, they couldn't cope with the number of users. :shrug:

Now you mention it, a few of the players I know to have decent Pro Evo scores had 0 points when I played them last night.

It's still being strange now, Morton's suggestion could well be it.

It does seems that there are major problems with Live at the mo.

It shows my profile fine but I haven't been able to connect to anyone tonight (EDIT: apart from MrSpoons) - it just tries to connect when they accept then it says that opponent has disconnected or something...

I've checked everything at the Router end, rebooted etc, NAT open and it says it's fine but in Pro Evo it can't even get any rankings data up, data is either unavailable or '0'.

Exactly the same with me last night. Was all geared up for a decent pro evo session as well.

I had problems Friday night too. Could get in sometimes and not others. Isn't it a free weekend for all siver members too? Probably overloaded it
