not exactly an answer more a question, has anyone else heard that there is now no commentary on the R2 version?I've heard off a mate that in an advert for it in Empire this month it lists the special features and there's no commentary :(

Hopefully this is a mistake. I think that this will still be the best version tho. I think it said it has an interview with the director, trailer & ???

No, definitely no commentary on the forthcoming UK R2 disc. There IS DEFINITELY the option to watch the film chronologically, although quite *why* you'd want to... this is the "beginning of the end" easter egg that has been mentioned.

No commentary, pointless 'backwards' version, £15?

I think I'll stick with my £8 no extras R3 copy :D

Was gonna get rid of my R1 for the R2, but I'm not so sure now. Was lead to believe that the R2 would be a mega special edition :(

so... is there any difference at all between R1 & the expected R2 now? maybe a documentary or anything... also whats the difference with the canadian release I saw someone trading.

this really stinks if there is no difference... very misleading PR info about cast commentary etc.. it was still up saying it had this on play247 the last time I looked. grrrr...

I've got the Canadian release (trading in my sig ;) :D ). The only feature on the disc is the chronological order. BUT coz I have a crappy proline 1000 player it doesn't like the complex nature of the disc :D and takes a while to load even though my DVD-ROM has no problem with it at all :(, so I was gonna trade it on for another disc and get the R2 when released. But the R2 might give me the same probs I have with the Canadian one
