[PS2] Ico over component problems

I got the PS2 component from Game today and it has improved the output considerably apart from on Ico where I get sound with a black screen and an 'Unsupported' message on my screen.

I know of others that have played Ico via component with no problems so any ideas why it won't work for me?

When I played Ico via component it looked extremely 'fuzzy' compared to every other PS2 game I have.

It looked like it was running in a very low resolution, and therefore my plasma was doing a lot of scaling! I figured this likely as it is a fairly old PS2 game. so I wonder if your screen is rejecting such an image.

Ah well, looks like I'll need to swap my cables about a bit until I complete it. Given how long the game is supposed to be it won't be that much a chore I suppose.

No, I'd already read that thread when I first found the problem although I'd changed the settings as beforehand anyway as previously I was getting no picture at all on any games. All my other games work fine.
