As title really - whats the next blockbuster to come out on the 360?

I'm personally looking forward to Lost Planet. Loved the E3 demo.
Gears of War I've read or seen nothing about, but I'm sure it will get a mention.

Not much else really. Release dates seem to get pushed back a lot.

Gears of War looks alright and its the only one i've seen get much attention. Whats this Lost Planet thing?

Splinter Cell Double Agent is the next "big" release (10th Oct).

Then you have Gears of War and Rainbow Vegas on the 17th Nov.

Others inbetween of course but these are the heavy hitters.

Forza 2 down for Dec but will prolly slip. Lost Planet is next year (Capcom 3rd person shooter, think Starship Troopers in the snow with big mechs you can use - demo on Marketplace).

Gears of War and Rainbow Six Vegas all float my boat - if the latter runs anything like the E3 vids, I'll soil myself at least every 15 mins whilst playing it.

If you don't think Gears of War looks like bl1tzkri3g 5exsh, you is dead from the waist up and down. I think. WareZ r00l!111

Yeah, i'm with you on that one. Lost Planet looks amazing. Love the particle effects in the demo.

21 courses and they've added the A button as a boost button, might not need to hold the pad against my chest whilst hiting the left shoulder button in order to play a red ball shot...
and rainbow vegas how bad will ubi screw this up?

none of those appeal to me :(

for me it's probably huxley, I want marvel ultimate alliance but i doubt it will be 'that' good a game and will probably buy the wii version

I just hope they are true next-gen as I don't see that many which are on the 360 so far :(

I'm quite looking forward to Tony Hawk 8. The dual analogue controls sounds pretty cool, assuming it doesn't go into the slow motion mode everytime you do a trick. I could see that getting old fast. I just hope they get rid of all the Jackass crap.

And ppl complain that the Wii is "teh d00m3d" cos it not next-gen when this xbox360 hasn't really got a lot to whistle and shout about!

Lost Planet, until this thread I'd never heard of it but it looks really good from the demo.

Next Gen Glory!!!, your having a laugh ant ya!?, Just increasing the res doesnt make it next gen really. Still looks as bland as ever!, thank god for the gameplay, which although hasnt changed for the last 4 versions! :suspect:

Splintercell might be good but I have not completed SC: chaos theory still and GOW looks good

I've been playing games for over twenty years and have only completed six games on a console.

Thinking about it when I destroyed the Star Forge, the screen just went blank, when I restarted the game from the last start point and destroyed it again the screen went blank. I expected a bit more back slapping than being left with a blank screen. :?:

just seen demos on the dvd with one of this months Xbox 360 mags - Half Life 2 looks amazing - comes with Team Fortress and another fantastic looking game called Portal.

Just got to buy the 360!

quite like the look of kane and lynch myself.i seen it in last months xbox mag and if the story and gameplay are as good as what was being hinted at it could be class.
