Is There anywhere that i can get a software update for these models, they are both auto multi region, but when i put a dvd-r in to them they play for about 2 minuets then it locks up if i fast forward after the lock up it will play again for about 2 minuets then lock again, i was told it may need a firmware update
any help would be appreciated
