Hi guys,
On my FZ5 I have a small crack on the LCD. It is still displaying the picture and as I take photos mainly through the viewfinder its not a massive problem, however wouldn't mind recommendations on where to get it fixed and a rough price? Links to companys would be great.
Also the Lens on the camera is very dirty, fingerprints etc. Whats the best way to clean this. Any links to equipment would be awesome.
Thanks in advance.
Mick.

Breathe on it and wipe the mist and muck away with a microfibre cloth e.g. proper lens cloth or spectacle cleaning cloth.

My brother cracked his LCD screen on a Panny compact (can't remember the model), but his screen went dead. Jessops wanted something like £150 to fix it. The camera only cost something like £200. As you LCD still works, it'll probably be cheaper?
Oh btw, he goit it fixed when he was in Hong Kong, by Panasonic directly so he says, for £60 odd.

Where do I get one of these cloths from? Online preferably.
Just use a spectacle cloth, so pop out to an optician at lunchtime ;)

That'll do. 7 Day Shop (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump2.php?url=http://www.awin1.com/awclick.php?mid=530&gid=6083&id=30372&p=www.7dayshop.com) also do something similar but shipping is a bit pricey from there.

Thanks for the replies, anyone know about the repair of the LCD please?
There's a camera repair shop that I seem to recall is quite well regarded in Luton.
